在“双碳”目标的引领下,深入研究钢铁行业发展水平的影响因素是研究钢铁行业低碳高质量发展水平测度中的关键。本文基于高质量发展核心要素提出了以科技创新、产业协调、环境绿色、开放共享为一级指标的钢铁行业低碳高质量发展水平的评价指标体系。利用相关性分析筛选变量后初步设计了评价指标体系。再根据问卷调查数据依次进行信效度检验、探索性因子分析以及结构方程模型的验证性因子分析对指标体系进行检验并修正。修正后各个一级指标的标准化路径系数分别为0.81、0.78、0.82、0.74,均对钢铁行业低碳高质量发展水平具有显著的正向影响。
Abstract:Under the guidance of the ' dual-carbon'' goal, in-depth research on the influencing factors of the development level of the iron and steel industry is the key to study the measurement of the lowcarbon and high-quality development level of the iron and steel industry. Based on the core elements of high-quality development, this paper proposes an evaluation index system of low-carbon and high-quality development level of the iron and steel industry with scientific and technological innovation, industrial coordination, environmental greenery, and openness and sharing as the first-level indicators. The evaluation index system is initially designed after screening the variables by correlation analysis. Then the index system was tested and modified by the reliability test, exploratory factor analysis and validation factor analysis of structural equation modeling based on the questionnaire data in turn. The standardized path coefficients of the modified indicators are 0.81, 0.78, 0.82 and 0.74 respectively, which have a significant positive impact on the level of low-carbon and high-quality development of the iron and steel industry.
